Ugartara Refund & Returns Policy
At Ugartara, every digital creation we offer is designed with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We put passion into each file you receive — from concept to completion. Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly after payment, giving you immediate access to your purchased content.
We always aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we are committed to handling them with fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on Ugartara are digital in nature.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an instant download link or a delivery email containing access to your purchased files.
There are no physical shipments involved.
Because the files are delivered instantly, once the product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and used.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since digital files cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, at Ugartara, we believe in fairness and understanding. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
Valid Reasons for Refunds:
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.
Incorrect File Received: You received the wrong item or file that does not match your order description.
Technical Errors: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened despite following the download instructions.
Failed Delivery: You completed the payment but did not receive the download link or delivery email within a reasonable time.
If any of the above situations apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request carefully and assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
To protect the rights of our digital creators and maintain fairness, refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
The product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the item after purchase.
The product is not compatible with specific software, versions, or systems (please check compatibility details before purchase).
The product did not meet personal expectations such as design style or aesthetic preference.
The issue arises due to incorrect use, modification, or mishandling of the file by the buyer.
This policy ensures a balance between customer satisfaction and the protection of digital content, which can be easily copied or stored once accessed.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will process it promptly.
All refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for your original purchase.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges and Replacements
In certain cases, rather than issuing a refund, we may offer an exchange or replacement file to resolve your issue more quickly. For example:
If a file is damaged or incomplete, we will resend a corrected version.
If your download link expires or does not work, we will issue a new access link.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive and can fully use the digital product you purchased.

Try downloading the file again using a different browser or device.

7. Gift Purchases
If your digital product was purchased as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
However, if the recipient encounters issues accessing the file, we can resend the download link or provide assistance directly to them.
